With your purchase of any product from the Agnes & Gus ange, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions listed below.

Each Agnes & Gus piece is handmade to order. Because of the handmade nature of the product, no piece is like another.

We make every effort to represent our designs and colours as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee your computer monitor’s display of colours will be accurate.

On placement of order, Agnes & Gus will charge you and you will agree to pay the price specified and any applicable delivery fee.

On placement of order with Agnes & Gus, you agree to have not engaged in fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.

All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) with payment methods specified on the site at the time of placement of order.

Items are packed within 48 hours of receipt of order and shipped within 7 days. Tracking details will be provided to customer via email address provided on placement of order.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a weather event or global crisis event, delivery times may be affected. Please contact us immediately on info@agnesandgus.com.au.

We do not offer a Change of Mind Policy. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order via returns@agnesandgus.com.au. Goods may only be returned using the Returns Policy.

Cancellations or changes to orders will not be accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
