Product Care

Our designs are hardy, however we do recommend you follow a few tips and tricks to prolong the life and lustre of your piece.

• Avoid dropping, knocking or contact with hard surfaces as damage and scratching can occur
• Do not wear in the swimming pool or in the ocean
• Avoid harmful chemicals and fragrance
• Store your jewellery in a soft pouch when not in use

Returns
Please note, we do not offer a change of mind return facility.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know immediately if the item has been damaged in transit.
It is important to us that if there is a problem with your order, we rectify this for you in a timely manner.

Please follow these steps:

1. Take a photograph of the item showing the damage and email it to us at returns@agnesandgus.com.au
within 7 calendar days of receipt

2. Our team will evaluate the issue and respond to you within 48 hours

Items sent back to us without first using the return step above will not be accepted.
Once your item has been accepted for return, we will immediately post a replacement at our expense.

Shipping

We use Australia Post for all Agnes & Gus deliveries and shipping is charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

Domestic

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of AUD $10.00
Your order will be packed within 2 days and shipped within 7 days
Delivery can take up 14 days from placement of order depending on your location.

International

New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of AUD $20.00
Your order will be packed within 2 days.
Delivery times vary depending on shipping destination.

All other international destinations will be quoted on an individual basis
